Stir is a new digital magazine that puts Vancouver and the surrounding area’s arts and culture at centre stage. By devoting an entire platform to independent arts journalism and telling the creative scene’s compelling stories, Stir aims to highlight diverse people, be a hub for local events and create conversations.

Stir’s website uses the blog functionality on Squarespace and custom CSS styling to bring in dynamic visuals that are unlike any other Squarespace website. With articles across 13 categories, plus sponsored content and ads, we needed to create a website that would house the complexities needed but be manageable by their team.

Keep an eye out for fun features like the large sliding carousel on the homepage, auto-changing text, custom menus on desktop and mobile and an audio player!
